-30 minutes of Independent Reading from a book they are consistently reading using Epic.
- Pre writing in their Graphic Organizer responding to the prompt.

T:
-30 minutes of Independent Reading from a book they are consistently reading using Epic.
-Drafting their writing using the prompt.

W:
-Listen to Drama Lesson 1 and choose a Drama to read from list provided.
-Revise and Edit their writing of the prompt.

TH:
-Listen to Drama Lesson 2 and read the assigned Drama in Epic.
-Publish their writing of the prompt.

FR:
-Listen to the Drama Lesson 3
-Take a picture of themselves doing something that requires reading and post in See Saw.
-Write about the highlight of their week in their Digital Journal

Reading Workshop:
This week we will work a little more in Figurative Language as students learn about ~
Hyperbole, Onomatopoeia, Idiom, and Alliteration. 

We will also be preparing our Book Talks and Parent Letters for Open House Night! We are so excited for you to all see what we have learned this year!


Writing Workshop:
This week we will work on preparing our Open House letters. We will also discuss what those introductions to our letters should look like!
